We aim to provide the best possible service to ensure a spotless home and satisfied clients. Some common questions below may help clarify the process
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No (unless you have favorites, in which case we are happy to accommodate!), however we do ask that you supply a vacuum to prevent the spread of allergens & germs
Are home cleaning services taxable?
Yes, in the state of Minnesota janitorial services (including residential cleaning) are taxable
How often should I schedule cleaning?
We recommend an initial deep clean, and subsequent standard cleanings performed at least monthly, however many clients enjoy a perpetually clean home with our weekly cleanings
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
While your presence is not required during our home cleaning service, if you do plan to be away, please ensure we have access to your property to perform our services smoothly
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all standard forms of payment (cash, check, echeck and major credit cards). Credit card payments are our most popular choice as payment may be completed right on our site, however any of the above forms are accepted
What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning service?
It's much appreciated that our team enters a tidy home (floors and surfaces free of toys, clothing, and other items). This allows us to work most efficiently, providing the best results
What if my home is outside your service area?
If your home falls outside our standard service area (Carver County & surrounding), not a problem, simply reach out via phone, email or request a quote and indicate your location. There may or may not be an additional travel fee associated, but let's have the conversation!
